1. 一层餐厅区域挑空，中西厨分隔明确，交通动线清晰。

   The dining area on the first floor is empty, and the Chinese and Western kitchens are clearly separated, and the traffic line is clear.

2. 二楼层高高，墙体可拆的多，空间可改造性大。

   The second floor is high, the wall can be disassembled more, and the space can be reformed greatly.

3. 负一层通过改造可以做出夹层空间，储物空间多，空间的可变性比较强。

   Through the transformation of the negative layer, the interlayer space can be made, and the storage space is more, and the space variability is relatively strong.

◆户型缺点：

◆Disadvantages of house type:

1. 一层楼梯上的步数不够，楼梯不够舒适及美观，客厅沙发摆放不明确。 

   The number of steps on the first floor stairs is not enough, the stairs are not comfortable and beautiful, and the sofa in the living room is not clear.

2. 二楼的主卧空间必须要搭建才能产生，卫生间多，位置不合理。

   The main bedroom space on the second floor must be built to produce. There are many toilets and unreasonable positions.

3. 负一层层高4250MM，不好利用，采光井就一处，其他区域还是比较暗的。

   The height of the negative layer 1 is 4250 mm, which is not easy to use. There is only one daylighting well, and other areas are relatively dark.

设计师对原户型做了大胆的调整，

重新对空间功能进行定位，

选取现代简约风格为业主呈现新型生活方式。

一层原有北向卧室一间，

通过设计一层不留卧室，

把卧室调整成中厨，

原中厨位置设计成开放式西厨，

增大了客餐厅的面积，

保留原始挑空增加设计感。

One bedroom facing north on the first floor,

By designing a floor without a bedroom,

Adjust the bedroom into a Chinese kitchen,

The original Chinese kitchen is designed as an open western kitchen,

Increased the size of the guest dining room,

Keep the original void to increase the sense of design。

负一层原高度4250㎜，

不够做夹层，通过下挖方式，

负一高度实现了做夹层空间的愿望，

增加了卧室及喝茶区域。

The original height of the first negative floor is 4250 mm,

If it is not enough to make interlayer, through the way of digging down,

Negative one height realizes the desire to be a mezzanine space,

Added bedroom and tea area.

主卧

二层空间重新组合，

保留二间卧室，

将主卧定位在了北向，

增加了衣帽间及舒适的卫浴空间，

提升了主卧的品质感。
